Val has improved from walking on flat floor to going up and down stairs, is eating solid food at every meal and is healing quickly. Praise God for such a successful surgery and speedy recovery!

Valerie update: Monday the 13th
RELEASED!!! The docs came in to talk with Valerie this morning and were very pleased with her recovery....so much so that they are going to release her from the hospital today! She will spend the next two evenings with Bob at the hotel. After one more visit with the doc on Wednesday morning, she will be Southbound!!! We expect them home late Wednesday afternoon.

wow that IS very good news! being so healthy going in is paying off. i am so glad to hear this. I hope these two days pass quickly for her as I know she will be anxious to get back to her home and family.
