Valerie update: Wednesday #1

Valerie is awake and doing well today.  She's very tired, but recovering nicely.  I will be taking the boys up to my folks' house on Thursday afternoon.  On Friday, I will head up to spend a couple days at the hospital before bringing Brooke back home.  I will continue to try posting at least once per day until Val is out of the ICU.
